Set up Helpdesk
To start using SuperAGI Marketing's Helpdesk for your product, follow the steps below to set it up.
New User
If you are a new user of SuperAGI Marketing, follow the steps below:
- Sign up in SuperAGI Marketing with your Google account or manually via Email.
- On the next page, enter the required details (Email, Name, Password).
- On the Complete your profile page, enter the details about your business (Company website, Phone number, etc).
- On the Let’s Get Started screen, select Helpdesk and click Proceed. It opens the SuperAGI Marketing's Helpdesk Dashboard.
- Set up the following to start using SuperAGI Marketing's Helpdesk tool:
Existing User
If you have already been using SuperAGI Marketing's Marketing tool, you can start using SuperAGI Marketing's Helpdesk tool by opening the Conversations tab.
As an existing user, you will have access to the free version of the Helpdesk tool, which allows you to resolve up to 50 support queries.
